In the music video, it talks about a girl who has a memory problem and before the problem, she and Jay use to be a couple and she forgot everything and now goes out with his best friend but Jay remembers and just stands by and be happy for her. This story line plus the melody of the song makes it very sad. Heard there is a part 2 to the story in another song by another singer.
